Hello there fellow internet-dweller,
Welcome to "wellNUTss"!
To begin with, the nutty blog name is a play on the word "Wellness" but it also incorporates my love for all things nuts (including myself).
The idea to start this blog has been lingering in my mind for months now, especially since I went vegan over 6 months ago (fret not, this blog by no means intends to preach about veganism). I've always been curious about healthy lifestyles and I've tried my best to maintain one as well. However, the past few years have been rather tricky with a whole list of health problems (some of which I will elaborate on in later posts while others I chose to keep to myself for now) constantly altering my lifestyle. In attempts to get my body healthy and to attain a certain physique, I have tirelessly put myself through ridiculous diets and intensive workouts that have taken a toll on my overall well-being. Despite the minor "physical trauma", I have learnt and discovered a lot of valuable lessons through my years of experimenting with my own lifestyle. Which is why, it is now finally time to put what I have learnt to good use and finally bring my body to optimal health whilst sharing my experience and two-cents on attaining a healthy lifestyle with you.
This blog will not only share snippets of my journey with you but will also include personal recipes, restaurant and food recommendations, simple tips and tricks for health, my reviews/opinions on certain lifestyle products and trends, and whatever you wish for me to write about. I am by no means claiming to be an expert in this fields rather, I wish to share my experience and give you new insights into a different lifestyle.
